Appointment Booking Information

Please read the information below and fill the consent form to book the appointment :-

Sonali J Thakur B.A.M.S. an Ayurvedic Doctor from India,  Certified AD (Ayurvedic Doctor) from NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association, USA) and a Licensed Massage Therapist #MT139556 issued by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation(TDLR) .  Sonali’s Ayurvedic recommendations are dedicated towards spreading the knowledge of Ayurveda through consultation, discussions and workshops.   

During health consultation with individuals, Sonali will discuss the “Principals of Ayurveda” , perform an  analysis and make recommendations based on Ayurvedic principles only. She will not provide any conventional medical advice. Individuals are recommended to see their licensed physicians for the same. 

Note about Insurance coverage: As of now none of insurance companies (as far as we know) covers Ayurvedic treatments, however you may be able to deduct some Or all costs from your FSA (Flexible Savings Account). Please check with your insurance plan provider/administrator.
